To provide a technique which can reduce a power consumption amount of air conditioning while a vehicle stays in a staying point.SOLUTION: A vehicle air conditioning system comprises: a predicted staying time acquisition part for acquiring a predicted staying time during which an occupant is predicted to stay at a staying point after getting off the vehicle; and an air conditioning plan setting part for setting whether or not to continue to operate an air conditioning device at the staying point on the basis of the predicted staying time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
