To provide an internal combustion engine control device capable of more securely suppressing generation of soot, an internal combustion engine control method and a vehicle.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine control device includes: a combustion stop level determination section 52 for determining whether combustion stop of an internal combustion engine 12 has reached a threshold level; and an internal combustion engine control section 54 for performing normal control when combustion of the internal combustion engine is restarted in the state where the combustion stop has not reached the threshold level and performing soot suppression control when combustion of the internal combustion engine is restarted in the state where the combustion stop has reached the threshold level. In the soot suppression control, divided injection or single injection is performed within a specified stroke, and the internal combustion engine control section retards fuel injection timing in the single injection during the soot suppression control relative to fuel injection timing in the single injection during the normal control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】煤の生成をより確実に抑制し得る内燃機関制御装置、内燃機関制御方法及び車両を提供する。【解決手段】内燃機関12の燃焼停止が閾値程度に達したか否かを判定する燃焼停止程度判定部52と、燃焼停止が閾値程度に達していない状態で内燃機関の燃焼を再開する場合には通常制御を行い、燃焼停止が閾値程度に達した状態で内燃機関の燃焼を再開する場合には煤抑制制御を行う内燃機関制御部54とを有し、煤抑制制御では前記所定行程内で分割噴射又は単発噴射が行われ、内燃機関制御部は、煤抑制制御での単発噴射における燃料噴射タイミングを通常制御での前記単発噴射における燃料噴射タイミングに対して遅角させる。【選択図】図1
