To precisely acquire SOC of a power storage element.SOLUTION: A current integration method for determining SOC of a power storage element by integration of current flowing through the power storage element with time, and an OCV method for determining SOC based on a V-SOC correlation relationship between voltage and a charged state of the power storage element can be executed. A predetermined value in a second SOC area is adopted as an SOC estimation value when a first SOC area, namely an SOC area to which SOC determined by the current integration method belongs, and a second SOC area, namely an SOC area to which SOC determined by the OCV method belongs mutually differ in a case where the V-SOC correlation relationship is divided into a plurality of SOC areas. The predetermined value is set between a boundary value at a side close to the first SOC area among boundary values for dividing the second SOC area and a middle value of the second SOC area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】蓄電素子のSOCを精度良く取得する。【解決手段】蓄電素子に流れる電流の時間積算により蓄電素子のSOCを決定する電流積算法と、蓄電素子の電圧と充電状態とのV−SOC相関関係に基づきSOCを決定するOCV法とを実行可能としており、そのV−SOC相関関係を複数のSOC領域に区分したときに、電流積算法により決定されるSOCが属するSOC領域である第一SOC領域と、OCV法により決定されるSOCが属するSOC領域である第二SOC領域とが互いに異なる場合、第二SOC領域のうちの所定値をSOC推定値として採用する。その所定値は、第二SOC領域を区分する境界値のうちの第一SOC領域に近い側の境界値と、第二SOC領域の中間値との間に設定されている。【選択図】図4
