To provide a confluence support device, an on-vehicle unit, a confluence support system, a confluence support method, and a program capable of accurately predicting arrival timing of a main lane vehicle to a confluent zone before a confluence vehicle arrives at the confluent zone.SOLUTION: A confluence support device 10 includes: a speed detection section 111 for detecting a speed, at a first point, of a main lane vehicle traveling on a main lane; a prediction section 112 for predicting an arrival prediction time of the main lane vehicle at a confluence start point based on a distance from the first point to the confluence start point and the speed of the main lane vehicle at the first point; an error calculation section 113 for calculating an error of the arrival prediction time; and a correction section 114 for correcting the arrival prediction time of the main lane vehicle based on the error.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
