To provide an on-vehicle device capable of highly accurately stopping a vehicle at a final parking position by considering response delay of braking means.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device 400 includes: a reception section 410 for receiving a displacement signal output from a sensor that detects traveling displacement of a vehicle traveling by using an electric motor; a determination section 420 for determining vehicle target traveling displacement necessary for traveling the vehicle from an initial position to a target position; and an output section 430 for outputting a control command for controlling the electric motor so as to rotate the electric motor until the traveling displacement of the vehicle traveling from the initial position reaches target traveling displacement and cause the electric motor to execute electric braking at timing when the vehicle traveling displacement reaches the target traveling displacement, on the basis of the displacement signal received by the reception section 410.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
