To provide a power transmission member capable of stabilizing performance regardless use environment, and to provide a pretensioner, a retractor, and a manufacturing method of a power transmission member.SOLUTION: A power transmission member 32a according to the embodiment includes: base resin having, as water absorption characteristics, a water absorption percentage of 1% or less measured by an ISO62 method1 (a method for measuring a weight increase rate after immersing at 23°C, in water, for 24 hours); and an elastomer giving mechanical characteristics to the power transmission member 32a. The mechanical characteristics has: tensile yield stress (ISO527) of 40 to 54 MPa, tensile fracture strain (ISO527) of 50% or more, tensile elastic modulus (ISO527) of 1200 to 1900 MPa, flexure elastic modulus (ISO178) of 1100 to 1700 MPa, and Charpy impact strength without a notch (ISO179) of minus 30°C or more where there is no breakage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】使用環境に関係なく性能を安定させることができる、動力伝達部材、プリテンショナ、リトラクタ及び動力伝達部材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本実施形態に係る動力伝達部材32aは、吸水特性が、ISO62method1(23℃の水中に24時間浸漬した後の重量増加率を測定する方法)で吸水率が1%以下であるベース樹脂と、動力伝達部材32aに機械特性を付与するエラストマーと、を含み、前記機械特性は、引張降伏応力(ISO527):40〜54MPa、引張破壊ひずみ(ISO527):50%以上、引張弾性率(ISO527):1200〜1900MPa、曲げ弾性率(ISO178):1100〜1700MPa、ノッチなしシャルピー衝撃強さ(ISO179):−30℃以上で破壊なし、であることを特徴としている。【選択図】図1
