To solve the problem in which radio waves cannot be radiated with high accuracy in a direction in which an air vehicle is present, and efficiency of wireless power transmission decreases in a wireless power transmission device for transmitting power to the air vehicle.SOLUTION: The wireless power transmission device includes: a power transmission antenna 1A having a plurality of element antennas 27 capable of changing a direction in which electric power is transmitted by radiating radio waves, and a plurality of element modules 26 having a phase shifter 28 and an amplifier 29; a radiation direction determination unit 38 for determining a radiation direction in which an aerial vehicle 3A that is a power transmission target exists; a directivity direction changing unit 22A for controlling a phase command value of the phase shifter 28 for directing a directivity direction of the power transmitting antenna 1A in a radial direction; and a transmission signal generation unit 23 for generating a transmission signal. A phase offset value of each phase shifter 28 is obtained by a REV method using the aerial vehicle 3A equipped with a measurement antenna 14 which is stationary above the power transmitting antenna 1A and with a radio wave measuring unit 15 for measuring reception radio wave data including an amplitude of a radio wave received by the measurement antenna 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
