To reduce a length of an in-wheel motor driving device in an axial direction and save a weight, and to improve fastening strength and fitting workability of an attachment component, and to prevent leakage of internal lubricating oil.SOLUTION: An in-wheel motor driving device includes: an electric motor part; a reduction gear part B which reduces a rotational speed of the electric motor part and outputs rotation; and a bearing part C for wheels, which transfers output from the reduction gear part to the wheels. In the in-wheel motor driving device, the reduction gear part B is accommodated in a housing 22, and the housing 22 is made of light metal. A shaft bearing 60 for the wheels of the bearing part C for the wheels is coupled and fixed to the housing 22 by using a bolt 71 and a nut 72. The bolt 71 is provided with a detent portion and a seal portion, and the head of the bolt 71 is disposed inside the housing 22, whereas its thread part projects to the outside of the housing 22. Further, the bolt is attached to the housing 22 in a state of being detented relative to the housing and in a state of sealing a gap between an internal part and an external part of the housing 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
