To solve a conventional problem that since an aluminum alloy is used as an underframe material formed by the extrusion molding, the underframe material has a low melting point and easily deformed and melted by heat due to fire caused at a lower part of the underframe material.SOLUTION: A floor structure of a railway vehicle is provided with an underframe material 10 made of an aluminum alloy having a trussed structure, a moisture holding body 20 that is arranged in the trussed structure and stores moisture in a container 22, which is melted at a temperature lower than a melting temperature of the underframe material, and a through hole 12 communicating with the trussed structure where the moisture holding body 20 is arranged on an upper chord material part 10a of the underframe material 10. The container 22 is melted by heat caused by fire and the moisture stored therein cools the underframe material 10 so that the underframe material 10 is prevented from being melted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】押出成形で形成される台枠形材は、アルミニウム合金が用いられる。そのため、融点が低く、台枠形材の下方での火災からの熱によって、容易に変形溶融してしまった。【解決手段】トラス構造を有するアルミニウム合金製の台枠形材10と、前記トラス構造の中に配置され、前記台枠形材の溶融温度より低い温度で溶融する容器22に水分を貯留した水分保持体20と、前記台枠形材10の上弦材部10aに前記水分保持体20が配置された前記トラス構造へ通じる貫通孔12が設けられたことを特徴とする鉄道車両の床構造は、火災による熱で容器22が溶融し、中の水分が台枠形材10を冷却し、台枠形材10の溶融を阻止する。【選択図】図1
