At this point, concentration of stress arises in a deformation induction part 48 of the subframe 14, and the vicinity of the deformation induction part 48 of the subframe 14 is displaced inward in the vehicle width direction. According to the displacement of the vicinity of the deformation induction part 48 of the subframe 14 to the inside in the vehicle width direction, a load transmission member 50 is displaced toward a recess 32 of a power plant 12A (an engine 12), and the load transmission member 50 subsequently engages with the recess 32. 【課題】衝突時の衝突荷重の吸収を確実に行ない、車体の変形量を抑制する。【解決手段】車幅方向の一側に位置する幅拡張部材46が固定バリヤー54に衝突すると、衝突荷重が固定バリヤー54からサブフレーム14前部に入力され、サブフレーム14に圧縮力が加わる。このときサブフレーム14の変形誘発部48に応力集中が生じ、サブフレーム14の変形誘発部48近傍が車幅方向内側に変位してゆく。サブフレーム14の変形誘発部48近傍が車幅方向内側に変位することにより、荷重伝達部材50がパワープラント12A(エンジン12)の凹部32に向かって変位し、やがて荷重伝達部材50が凹部32に係合し、荷重伝達部材50の車両後方および車幅方向内方への変位が凹部32により拘束される。【選択図】図1
