To solve the problem in which: an all-season pneumatic tire should have steering stability (dry grip performance) on a dry road surface during high speed driving and steering stability (wet grip performance) on a wet road surface and, besides, should have low temperature performance such as steering stability (low temperature grip performance) at low temperature and on a snow-covered road surface.SOLUTION: A rubber composition contains, based on 100 pts.mass of a rubber component containing 30-60 pts.mass of butadiene rubber, 70-120 pts.mass of silica and 1-25 pts.mass of polyethylene glycol bis(2-ethylhexanoate).SELECTED DRAWING: None
