To provide an opening/closing panel for a vehicle which can suppress heat strain generated in a resin panel without improving rigidity of the resin panel even when a frame member having a small coefficient of heat expansion is bonded to a resin panel having a large coefficient of heat expansion.SOLUTION: In an opening/closing panel for a vehicle that includes a resin panel 11 and a frame member 12 which is formed of a carbon fiber-reinforced resin having a smaller coefficient of heat expansion than that of the resin panel 11 and is bonded to inside the resin panel 11, an adhesive part 36 that bonds the resin panel 11 and the frame member 12 is provided, and in the adhesive part 36, a direction of a load acting on the adhesive part 36 along with heat expansion of the resin panel 11 is set at a position oriented to a shear center S of the frame member 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
