To provide a method which can manufacture a vehicular multilayer structure soundproof material easily and at a low cost by application of press work in order to solve such a conventional problem that although a vehicular multilayer structure soundproof material, in which boundary faces of a sound absorption layer and a film constituting a sound insulation layer are partially bonded, has excellent performance capable of selectively reducing a noise level in a specific frequency band, when manufacturing the same, It is necessary to previously apply an adhesive which is patterned on the entire surface or/and dots or lines on both sides of the film which constitutes the sound insulation layer, and therefore, due to the technical difficulty of coating, the manufacturing cost increased and was a burden.SOLUTION: A cabin inside sound absorption component 32, a thermoplastic resin film, and a cabin outside sound absorption component 31 are prepared, an ink, which inhibits heat fusion, is partially coated onto at least one surface of the thermoplastic resin film, the cabin inside sound absorption component and the cabin outside sound absorption component are laminated on one surface and the other surface of the thermoplastic resin film respectively to form a laminate 34, and pressing of the laminate is performed after heating so as to melt the thermoplastic resin film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】吸音層と遮音層を構成するフィルムとの界面を部分的に接着した車両用多層構造防音材は特定の周波数帯の騒音レベルを選択的に低減できるという優れた性能を有するが、製造する場合には、予め、遮音層を構成するフィルムの両面に全面または/及びドットや線状にパターン化された接着剤を塗工する必要があり、塗工の技術的困難さから製造コストの上昇を招き負担となっていた。このため、プレス加工の適用により簡単に低コストで製造できる方法の提供。【解決手段】車室内側吸音部材32、熱可塑性樹脂フィルム、及び車室外側吸音部材31を準備して、前記熱可塑性樹脂フィルムの少なくとも一方の表面に熱融着を阻害するインキを部分的に塗工し、前記熱可塑性樹脂フィルムの一方の面に前記車室内側吸音部材を、他方の面に前記車室外側吸音部材を積層して積層体34とし、前記積層体に対し前記熱可塑性樹脂フィルムを溶融するように加熱後プレス加工する。【選択図】図5
