To provide a delivery vehicle management system capable of efficiently using a cross dock and reducing a waiting time of each of delivery vehicles.SOLUTION: A delivery management system 1 includes: a delivery plan information storage unit 11 that stores delivery plan information including information of a traveling plan route of each of a plurality of delivery vehicles V; a position information acquisition unit 12 that acquires position information of a current position of each of the delivery vehicles V; a calculation unit 13 that calculates an expected arrival time of each of the delivery vehicles V to a cross dock C based on the delivery plan information and the position information of each of the delivery vehicles V; an identification unit 14 that identifies the delivery vehicle V in which a waiting time occurs when each of the delivery vehicles V uses the cross dock C in the order of earlier expected arrival time and a length of the waiting time for each of the delivery vehicles V; and a notification unit 15 that notifies a driver of the vehicle V identified by the identification unit 14 of a time delayed by the length of the waiting time from the expected arrival time as a time capable of starting using the cross dock C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】クロスドックの効率的な利用を図ると共に各配送車の待ち時間の短縮を図ることができる配送車管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】配送車管理システム1は、複数の配送車Vの各々の走行予定経路の情報を含む配送計画情報を記憶する配送計画情報記憶部11と、各配送車Vの現在位置を示す位置情報を取得する位置情報取得部12と、各配送車Vの配送計画情報と位置情報とに基づいて、各配送車VのクロスドックCへの予想到着時刻を算出する算出部13と、予想到着時刻が早い順に各配送車VにクロスドックCを利用させた場合に待ち時間が発生する配送車Vと、配送車V毎の待ち時間の長さと、を特定する特定部14と、特定部14により特定された配送車Vの運転者に、予想到着時刻から待ち時間の長さだけ遅らせた時刻をクロスドックCを利用開始可能な時刻として通知する通知部15と、を備える。【選択図】図1
