To provide a traffic signal position determination system capable of determining a further accurate and appropriate relocation position of a traffic signal to be relocated.SOLUTION: A traffic signal position determination system 1 includes a distance-time curve information acquisition unit for acquiring distance-time curves of a preceding train and a following train in a section, an operation interval calculation unit 24 for calculating an operation interval between the preceding train and the following train, a post-relocation position change processing unit for extracting a target traffic signal in which the operation interval is set in advance and a target time interval is not satisfied and extracting a traffic signal to be relocated whose signal aspect becomes red at a place nearest to the target traffic signal by tracing a signal aspect system from a green signal aspect of the target traffic signal, a relocation distance calculation unit 25 for calculating a relocation distance of the traffic signal to be relocated based on a difference between the target interval and the operation interval, which does not satisfy the target interval, and the distance-time curve of the preceding train, and a post-relocation position change processing unit for determining a first change position, in which the traffic signal to be relocated is changed to the side of the object traffic signal by the relocation distance from a position of the traffic signal to be relocated, as a new position of the traffic signal to be relocated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
