To suppress the temperature rise of a rolling bearing device resulting from the agitation of lubricating oil.SOLUTION: A rolling bearing device 1 includes an annular seal component member 30 fixed to an axle 2 side on the axial outside of an annular space K between an inner ring 11 and an outer ring 12, and an annular member 20 fixed to the end on the axial outside of the outer ring 12, the annular member 20 including a shield part 20A formed on the vertically lower side for constituting a labyrinth seal between the seal component member 30 and itself to suppress the flow of lubricating oil from an oil reservoir 4 into the annular space K, and an eaves part 20B formed on the vertically upper side and having an inner peripheral face 25 whose diameter becomes gradually smaller as extending from the axial inside to the axial outside, the inner peripheral face 25 of the eaves part 20B having a rough surface 26 to which the lubricating oil is attached and a smooth surface 27 along which the lubricating oil attached to the rough surface 26 flows to the axial outside to fall, formed upward of an oil level F of the lubricating oil in the oil reservoir 4 in the state that the rotation of an axle 2 is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
