To provide a redundant propulsion device and an electric aircraft, which can properly cool a plurality of electric motors without increasing the size of a nacelle.SOLUTION: A redundant propulsion device 20 comprises a propeller 21, and a plurality of electric motors 23A-23E for driving the propeller 21. The plurality of electric motors are disposed with respect to a propeller shaft 21a of the propeller so that, around the propeller shaft, at least one of the electric motors is disposed at each of a plurality of locations in the extending direction of the propeller shaft, and the electric motors are disposed at positions respectively where an output shaft 23a of each of the plurality electric motors does not overlap any one of output shafts of the other electric motors as viewed in a direction along the propeller shaft from the propeller side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
