A back surface of the transparent member 11 is locally provided with a rough surface region Ra having a surface roughness larger than that of other regions on a back surface of the transparent member 11. The radar cover further comprises: translucent films 12 arranged between the rough surface region Ra and the base member 13, and having a refractive index different from that of the transparent member 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
