To provide a cushion device for caster which can be attached to a caster, and can exhibit impact absorbability according to different impacts during running.SOLUTION: A cushion device for caster attached to a caster (A) comprises at least: a spring storage cylinder body (1) having a bottom (11); a fitting shaft body (2) which is slidably inserted in an insertion hole (11a) provided in the bottom (11); a spring pusher (3) which is fastened to the fitting shaft body (2), and is stored in the spring storage cylinder body (1); a plurality of coil springs (4) which are concentrically stored in the spring storage cylinder body (1); and a lid plate (5) provided at an upper part of the spring storage cylinder body (1). Respective coil springs (4) have different spring constants, and the coil spring (4) with the smallest spring constant is provided in a resilient manner between the spring pusher (3) and the lid plate (5) and is so stored as to firstly absorb an impact force. Further, a screw hole (4a) for fitting is formed on a lower end side of the fitting shaft body (4).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】本発明は、キャスターに取付けでき、且つ、走行時の異なる衝撃に応じた衝撃吸収性を発揮できるキャスター用クション装置に関する。【解決手段】キャスター(A)に取付けるキャスター用クション装置であって、底部(11)を有するバネ収容筒本体(1)と、その底部(11)に設けた挿通穴(11a)に摺動自在に挿通した取付軸体(2)と、この取付軸体(2)と固着し前記バネ収容筒本体(1)内に収納したバネ押し盤(3)と、前記バネ収容筒本体(1)内に同心円状で収納した複数のコイルバネ(4)と、前記バネ収容筒本体(1)の上部に設けた蓋板(5)とから少なくとも成り、且つ、前記各コイルバネ(4)は、そのバネ定数を異にすると共に、バネ定数の最も小さい前記コイルバネ(4)が、前記バネ押し盤(3)と前記蓋板(5)の間に弾発的に設けて最初に衝撃力を吸収するように収納し、更に、前記取付軸体(4)の下端側に取付用ネジ穴(4a)を形成したことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
