To increase the safety of running of a vehicle by determining whether the vehicle is permitted to run according to the state of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A driving permission determination device 2 includes: an estimation unit 31 for estimating a load of an engine 3 of a vehicle 1; an acquisition unit 32 for acquiring information of a road on which the vehicle runs; and a determination unit 33 for determining whether the vehicle 1 may run. The determination unit 33 determines whether the vehicle 1 can run on a road on the basis of the load of the engine 3 estimated by the estimation unit 31 and the information acquired by the acquisition unit 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】車両の状態に応じた適切な走行可否の判断を行ない、車両の走行時の安全性を高める。【解決手段】走行可否判断装置2は、車両1のエンジン3の負荷を推定する推定部31と、車両1が走行する道路の情報を取得する取得部32と、車両1の走行可否を判断する判断部33とを備えている。判断部33は、少なくとも推定部31で推定されたエンジン3の負荷と取得部32で取得された前記情報とに基づき、車両1が道路を走行可能であるか否かを判断する。【選択図】図1
