To provide a charge/discharge control device and a charge/discharge control method for appropriately determining a decrease in battery capacity caused by deviation of a positive electrode potential and a negative electrode potential from a reference state, and appropriately recovering the decreased battery capacity.SOLUTION: In a charge/discharge control device and a charge/discharge control method, information related to a positive electrode potential and a negative electrode potential is acquired for each of one or more batteries, and it is determined whether deviations of the positive electrode potential and the negative electrode potential from reference states thereof go beyond specified ranges. In the charge/discharge control device and the charge/discharge control method, at least based on existence of a recovery target battery which is a battery in which the deviations of the positive electrode potential and the negative electrode potential from the reference states thereof go beyond the specified ranges, the depth of charging of the recovery target battery is held for a specified time within a recovery holding range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】正極電位及び負極電位の基準状態からのずれに起因する電池の容量低下を適切に判定し、低下した電池の容量を適切に回復させる充放電制御装置及び充放電制御方法を提供すること。【解決手段】実施形態の充放電制御装置及び充放電制御方法では、1つ以上の電池のそれぞれについて、正極電位及び負極電位に関連する情報を取得し、正極電位及び負極電位の基準状態からのずれが規定範囲を超えているか否かを判定する。そして、充放電制御装置及び充放電制御方法では、正極電位及び負極電位が規定範囲を超えて基準状態からずれている電池である回復対象電池が存在することに少なくとも基づいて、回復対象電池の充電深度を、回復時保持範囲で規定時間保持する。【選択図】図6
