To provide an air spring height adjustment device for a railway vehicle which, by a lightweight and simple structure, avoids damage to a screw member that fixes an adjustment rod receptacle and prevents breakage or miss-operation of a height adjustment valve, even in the case the lower end part of the adjustment rod receptacle receives an impact load by a collision with an animal or the like while the vehicle is running.SOLUTION: An air spring height adjustment device for a railway vehicle 10 comprises an air spring 3 arranged between a vehicle body 1 and a truck 2, a height adjustment valve 4 that is attached to the vehicle body and adjusts an internal pressure of the air spring, an actuation lever 42 connected to an actuation axis 41 of the height adjustment valve, a height adjustment rod 5 connected to the actuation lever, and an adjustment rod receptacle 6 supporting a lower end part of the height adjustment rod and fixed to the truck. The adjustment rod receptacle comprises a convex receiving washer 61 fixed to the truck and an adjustment rod support plate 63 which has a fitting part 62 formed so that it faces and can fit the receiving washer and supports the lower end part of the height adjustment rod. The adjustment rod support plate is fixed to the receiving washer by a screw member 64 in the condition the receiving washer and the fitting part are in a fitting state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】車両走行中に調整棒受金の下端部が動物等の衝撃荷重を受けた場合でも、軽量かつ簡単な構造で調整棒受金を固定するネジ部材の損傷を回避して、高さ調整弁の破損又は誤作動を抑制できる鉄道車両用空気ばねの高さ調整装置を提供する。【解決手段】車体1と台車2の間に配置された空気ばね3と、車体に取り付けられ空気ばねの内圧を調節する高さ調整弁4と、高さ調整弁の作動軸41に連結された作動レバー42と、作動レバーに連結された高さ調整棒5と、高さ調整棒の下端部を支持して台車に固定された調整棒受金6とを備えた鉄道車両用空気ばねの高さ調整装置10である。調整棒受金には、台車に固定された凸状の受座金61と、受座金と対向して嵌め合い可能に形成された嵌合部62を有し高さ調整棒の下端部を支持する調整棒支持板63とを備え、受座金と嵌合部とを嵌め合い状態にして、調整棒支持板がネジ部材64によって受座金に固定されている。【選択図】図4
