To prevent a user from falling or tripping even when a step is generated between the floor surface of a car and the floor surface of a landing.SOLUTION: An elevator step notification device 10 comprises: a step detection unit 45 that detects a step between the floor surface of a car 11 and the floor surface of a landing; and an opening/closing door driving unit 28A of an opening/closing door 28. When the step is detected by the step detection unit 45, a control panel 40 controls the opening/closing door driving unit 28A to keep the opening/closing door 28 closed. At the same time, the control panel 40 notifies users of the presence of the step with a speaker 26 and a display unit 25 in the car 11, and notifies users of the presence of the step with a speaker 33 and a display unit 32 at a landing 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】乗りかごの床面と乗り場の床面との間で段差が生じても利用者が転倒したりつまずくことはない。【解決手段】エレベータの段差報知装置10は乗りかご11の床面と乗り場の床面との間の段差を検出する段差検出装置45と、開閉扉28の開閉扉駆動部28Aとを備える。段差検出装置45により段差を検出すると、制御盤40は開閉扉駆動部28Aを制御して開閉扉28を閉じたままとする。同時に制御盤40は乗りかご11内のスピーカー26および表示部25により段差の存在を報知し、かつ乗り場7のスピーカー33および表示部32により段差の存在を報知する。【選択図】図1
