To provide a method of estimating a rolling resistance coefficient accurately in a short time without depending on a final temperature of a tire.SOLUTION: A method of estimating a rolling resistance coefficient of a tire according to the present invention includes the steps of: acquiring a first rolling resistance coefficient at a reference tire temperature based on a relation between a tire temperature and a rolling resistance coefficient obtained by turning the tire while a predetermined load is applied to a tread of the tire; and estimating a second rolling resistance coefficient of the tire compliant with a measurement standard based on a relation between the first rolling resistance coefficient and a rolling resistance coefficient of a tire compliant with the measurement standard.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
