To solve the problem in that, in a conventional hot air balloon, air inside the bag of an air balloon is warmed by thermal power such as a gas burner to obtain static buoyancy, which results in problems such as the weight of a thermal power device and temporal restriction of a heat source.SOLUTION: A buoyancy source for a bag for a hot air balloon or for a thermal buoyancy device is made of a lightweight material such as resin or ceramics, and heat resistant process is performed on the inside thereof, and a heating wire is arranged.
