To provide a vehicle relief device that can perform more reliable electric power supply between electric vehicles.SOLUTION: A vehicle relief device comprises: a communication unit capable of communicating with an on-vehicle communication device or a user's terminal device of each of a plurality of electric vehicles; a reception unit for instructing a storage unit to store vehicle notification information received by the communication unit and including vehicle identification information, position information, secondary battery identification information, and information indicating a state of charge of each of one or more electric vehicles; a determination unit for determining whether an electric vehicle that has accepted a relief in response to an electric vehicle that has requested electric power supply can be dispatched based on the vehicle notification information of the electric vehicle that has requested the electric power supply and the vehicle notification information of the electric vehicle that has accepted the relief; and a management unit for instructing the electric vehicle that has accepted the relief to move to a place where electric power supply to the electric vehicle that has requested the electric power supply can be performed when it is determined that the electric vehicle that has accepted the relief in response to the electric vehicle that has requested electric power supply can be dispatched.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
