To provide a road surface abnormality follow-up observation device and computer program capable of reducing the load of performing follow-up observation of a detection point where a road surface abnormality was detected in the past.SOLUTION: A server device of a road surface abnormality follow-up system acquires information on a detection point where a road surface abnormality is detected based on a detection value of an in-vehicle sensor of a vehicle traveling on the road. The server device determines the necessity of acquiring a road surface image of the detected detection point based on the amount of change in a detected value from a previous detection and the number of days elapsed since that detection S13, S17, S19. When it is determined that acquiring an image is necessary, the server device acquires by imaging a road surface image via the vehicle traveling on the road.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】過去に路面異常を検出した検出地点について、その検出地点の経過観察を行う負荷を軽減できる路面異常経過観察装置及びコンピュータプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】路面異常経過観察システムのサーバ装置は、道路を走行する車両の車載センサの検出値に基づいて路面異常が検出された検出地点の情報を取得する。サーバ装置は、取得した検出地点について、前回の検出からの検出値の変化量及び検出してからの経過日数などに基づいて、検出地点の路面画像を取得する必要があるか判断するS13、S17、S19。サーバ装置は、取得する必要があると判断した場合、道路を走行する車両によって路面画像を撮像して取得する。【選択図】図5
