To provide a nuisance action suppression system that psychologically suppresses nuisance actions by reducing the risk that suspects will not be secured and the risk that witnesses will not cooperate.SOLUTION: In a train 1, an alarm detection device 12 for receiving a nuisance action notification from a victim's mobile terminal device 41 is installed in each car 1-i of the train 1. Then, a car control unit 21 identifies the alarm detection device 12 that has received the nuisance action notification and controls a door driving device 13 so as to keep the door corresponding to the alarm detection device 12 having received the nuisance action notification in a closed state among the doors that should be opened when the train 1 stops at a station.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
