To provide a communication support device on a vehicle having right and left round lights on the front end portion, allowing for easily communicating with people outside the vehicle in a notification manner such as making eye contact, by changing the light emitting regions of the ring-shaped light emitting part surrounding the round light according to the operating state of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A communication support device comprises: right and left notification devices L1 respectively having ring-shaped light emitting units 30 that respectively surrounds the left and right round lights 18 in front view and have variable light emitting regions; and a control device C for controlling light emission of the ring-shaped light emitting units 30 so that the light emitting regions of the ring-shaped light emitting units 30 change according to an operating state of a vehicle V.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
