To be able to prevent an operation member from being malfunctioned when a user operates to change inclination angle by grasping a main body part and to enable the user to operate a control lever easily when the user has necessity to operate the control lever at emergency.SOLUTION: A rearward monitoring device includes a support member 2, a tilting member 10, a main body part 20, an operation member 40, and an urging mechanism 60. The urging mechanism 60 includes a cantilever spring member 61 and a cam member 62. Distance up to a base end 61d of the cantilever spring member 61 from abutting point P of the cantilever spring members 61 when the operation member 40 takes second switching posture and the cam member 62 is shorter than the distance when the operation member takes a first switching posture A1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
