To prevent erroneous registration of a destination floor in an elevator in that the destination floor of a car can be registered by operation in a noncontact manner.SOLUTION: An elevator (100) includes a plurality of noncontact sensors (22) capable of detecting noncontact operation for registering a destination floor of a car (2) and a selection unit (112) for selecting, when a first sensor and a second sensor among the plurality of noncontact sensors (22) detects operation within a predetermined period of time, operation with respect to any one of sensors while not selecting operation with respect to the other sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
