To provide a signal bulb that can handle both lighting with one light and lighting with two lights of a traffic signal, and a traffic signal in which it is unnecessary to use a voltage balancer in lighting with two lights, and two lights has the same brightness even when an LED of a signal bulb is broken.SOLUTION: A traffic light 1 includes a main rectifier 2a, a sub rectifier 2b, a main LED row 3a, a sub LED row 3b, a load side connector 4, and a power supply side connector 5. In the main LED row 3a and the sub LED row 3b, a plurality of LEDs 31 are connected in series in one row. The outward output end 21a of the main rectifier 2a is branched and connected to the start end 32a of the main LED row 3a and the main outward terminal 51a of the power supply side connector 5. The return side output terminal 22a of the main rectifier 2a is branched and connected to the main return terminal 42a of the load side connector 4 and the main return terminal 52a of the power supply side connector 5. The terminal 33a of the main LED row 3a is connected to the main outbound terminal 41a of the load side connector 4.
