To enhance flight stability of a kite type flying vehicle while securing strength thereof.SOLUTION: A kite type flight vehicle (1) has a sweepback wing. The kite type flight vehicle includes a left plate-like member (11) and a right plate-like member (12). The left plate-like member is attached to a trailing edge of a left wing part of the sweepback wing closer to an end side of the left wing part than an intersection of a straight line, which passes through the center of gravity of the kite type flight vehicle and extends in a left and right direction of the kite type flight vehicle, and a curved line connecting lift action points of the left wing part of the sweepback wing. The right plate-like member is attached to a trailing edge of a right left wing part of the sweepback wing closer to an end side of the right wing part than an intersection of the straight line and a curved line connecting lift action points of the right wing part of the sweepback wing. The left plate-like member and the right plate-like member are inclined such that respective rear ends thereof lie above a wing surface of the sweepback wing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
