To provide a selection device, a selection method and a program that assist determination of a schedule of an inspection work using an unmanned aircraft.SOLUTION: A control unit 10 of a selection device comprises: an inspection-related information acquisition unit 110 that acquires inspection object position information being information indicating a position of an inspection object, registered pilot position information being information indicating a position of each of registered pilots who are previously registered pilots as pilots operating an unmanned aircraft for inspection, and inspection date information being information indicating a date when inspection is performed; and a selection unit 120 that selects a candidate of the pilot who performs inspection of the inspection object at the date indicated by the inspection date information among the registered pilots on the basis of the information acquired by the inspection-related information acquisition unit 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
