To provide a propeller shaft that comprises a constant velocity universal joint that can regulate a bend angle even if an excessive load acts thereon.SOLUTION: A propeller shaft 41 comprises: a constant velocity universal joint 11 comprising an outer ring member 12 having a cylindrical shape comprising a plurality of grooves 12b in an inner peripheral surface, and comprising an opening part in a first end part 12g in a rotation axis direction, a power transmission member 13 to be rolled or slid along the grooves 12b of the outer ring member 12, a shaft member 15 fitted into the power transmission member 13, and a boot assembly 14 comprising a boot adapter 14a fitted to the first end part 12g of the outer ring member 12, and comprising a cylindrical part 14d extending in the rotation axis direction, and a boot part 14b attached to a tip of the boot adapter 14a; and a bend angle regulation member 1 attached to the outer ring member 12, and comprising an outer cylinder part 1a arranged so as to surround an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 14d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
