To provide a travel assist tool attached to a traveling part of a construction machine or a civil engineering machine to prevent an iron track plate of a caterpillar band from damaging a contact surface of a paved road or the like at the time of crossing a street.SOLUTION: A traveling assist tool 1 includes as major members: a pair of left and right frame structures 3 on which a plurality of round bar rollers 2 including a bearing within a rectangular framework are disposed in a ladder shape; transverse members 4 that connect between the pair of left and right frame structures 3; and support members 5 that are hung and supported on a body lower part of a construction machine or a civil engineering machine. Further, the round bar rollers 2 have a diameter larger than a thickness of a frame pivotally supported by the round bar rollers, and a surface thereof is integrally molded with a rubber material. Furthermore, the major members are detachably assembled, and the frame structures 3 are mounted in a state of being laid on a bottom of caterpillar bands 7 of a traveling part 6 of the construction machine or the civil engineering machine. Therefore, the round bar rollers 2 rotate in conjunction with movement of the caterpillar bands 7, and traveling is allowed while a contact surface of a paved road or the like is prevented from being damaged by iron track plates of the caterpillar bands.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 建設機械や土木作業用機械の走行部に取り付け、道路を横断する際などに、履帯の鉄履板が舗装路等の接地面を損傷しないようにするための走行補助具を提供する。【解決手段】 走行補助具1は、長方形の枠組内に軸受を有する丸鉄コロ2を梯子状に複数配置した左右一対のフレーム構造体3と、左右一対の該フレーム構造体3間を連結する横架材4と、建設機械や土木作業用機械の胴体下部に吊持する支持材5とを主要部として構成し、また、該丸鉄コロ2は、軸架するフレームの太さ以上の直径を有し、且つ、表面をゴム材で一体成形してあり、さらには、主要部材を着脱自在に組付けて、該フレーム構造体3を建設機械や土木作業用機械の走行部6の履帯7底部に敷き履く状態に装着することで、該履帯7の動きに該丸鉄コロ2が連動して回転し、履帯の鉄履板が舗装路等の接地面を損傷することなく、移動走行できる仕組みにした。【選択図】図1
