To provide a technique capable of accurately estimating an energy consumption amount when traveling on a travel route.SOLUTION: An energy consumption amount estimation device comprises: a reception unit which receives request information including a departure place and a destination from a user; a route derivation unit which derives a plurality of travel routes on the basis of the departure place and the destination included in the request information; an acquisition unit which acquires a section energy consumption amount when a vehicle travels in a road section that is derived based on vehicle speed information and road undulation information; and an estimation unit which estimates the energy consumption amount of the vehicle in a case of traveling in each of the plurality of derived travel routes by totaling the section energy consumption amounts in the road section included in the travel routes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
