To enable a more detailed display of route information to a destination.SOLUTION: A route guide device for performing processing of overlappedly displaying route information from a departure to a destination on map information, comprises: a route information acquisition uni that acquires the route information by route search means, using input information on th departure and destination; a destination location information acquisition unit that acquires destination location information indicative of a precise location of the destination; a parking/stopping candidate location information acquisition unit that acquires parking/stopping candidate location information on a vehicle around the destination; a detailed route identification unit that identifies the route to the destination with the route thereto divided into a vehicle movement route represented by the parking/stopping candidate location information, and a foot movement route from the parking/stopping candidate location to the precise location of the destination represented by the destination location information; and a display unit that causes each route identified in the detailed route identification unit to be overlappedly displayed on the map information with a display method of each route made different from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】目的地までの経路情報をより詳細に表示可能とすること。【解決手段】出発地から目的地までの経路情報を地図情報に重畳表示する処理を行うための経路案内装置であって、出発地及び目的地に関する入力情報を用いて経路探索手段によって経路情報を取得する経路情報取得部と、目的地の正確な位置を示す目的地位置情報を取得する目的地位置情報取得部と、目的地周辺における車両の駐停車候補位置情報を取得する駐停車候補位置情報取得部と、目的地までの経路を、駐停車候補位置情報が示す駐停車候補位置までの車両移動経路と、前記駐停車候補位置から目的地位置情報が示す正確な目的地位置までの徒歩移動経路とに区分して特定する詳細経路特定部と、詳細経路特定部において特定した各経路の表示方法を互いに異ならせて地図情報に重畳表示させる表示部とを備える。【選択図】図6
