To provide a power generator motor that is connected without a flywheel, in which both noise and upsizing can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A power generator motor 10 is connected to an internal combustion engine, and includes an inner stator 20, and an outer rotor 30 that substitutes as a flywheel to suppress noise caused by a torque pulsation or rotation variation in the internal combustion engine.
