To maintain good tactile sensitivity felt by a vehicle occupant while ensuring a function of operation equipment including a control part by incorporating the operation equipment.SOLUTION: A vehicular interior component, which may be contacted by a vehicle occupant, comprises a tabular base material and an auxiliary member located on a front side of the base material, and comprises operation equipment having an operation part which is operated by power supply and a control part which is electrically connected to the operation part and controls operation of the operation part. The auxiliary member has a hole groove in which an opening is provided in the front and rear respectively, or an opening provided in a front surface and an opening is not provided in a rear surface. The operation part is located on a front side of the auxiliary member. The control part is located on a depth side with respect to the opening on the front surface side of the hole groove part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
