To provide an electric vehicle charger in which shortening and lengthening of a charging cable can be easily performed depending on charging mode and standby mode.SOLUTION: An electric vehicle charger comprises a rotating chamber including: a cable guide 210 which guides a charging cable extracted out of the rotating chamber; a drum-shaped rotating cylinder 220 which is hollow inside and has open bottom surface and open one side surface; a rotating disk 230 in which a through-hole 231 for a charging cable and bored in fan shape is formed, and which is formed in an open lower surface of the rotating cylinder, and rotates to thereby rotate a cylinder positioned thereon; a fixed cylinder 280 located symmetrically below the rotating disk; a rotating support module which is located under the center of the rotating disk, and which rotates the rotating disk; and a power generation module that provides torque to the rotating support module.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
