To provide a vehicle cooling device capable of securing convenience and maintainability of a vehicle while ensuring reliability of electronic components.SOLUTION: A vehicle cooling device includes: a refrigerant circulation circuit 20 in which a refrigerant exchanging heat with an electric driving part 40 and a radiator 10 circulates; a supply route 20a which supplies the refrigerant from the radiator 10 to the electric driving part 40; a discharge route 20b which discharges the refrigerant from the electric driving part 40 to the radiator 10; and a bypass route 21a which connects the supply route 20a and the discharge route 20b in the refrigerant circulation circuit 20. In the supply route 20a, a flow rate of the refrigerant that flows in the bypass route 21a is larger than a flow rate of the refrigerant that exchanges heat with the electric driving part 40, and a connection part B is located in the highest range in a vehicle height direction of a vehicle in the supply route 20a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
