To provide a wind power generator of an electric vehicle which can generate electric power to charge a battery not only during high/middle speed traveling and low speed traveling but also during parking.SOLUTION: A device 1 includes: a wind mill 3 which receives wind power generated when an electric vehicle 2 travels to rotate; a power generator 4 which generates electric power by rotational force of the wind mill 3; a battery 5 which stores the electric power generated by the power generator 4; a compressor 6 which compresses air with the electric power stored in the battery 5; an air bottle 7 which stores the air compressed by the compressor 6; and a controller 8 which controls these components.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
