To suppress application of a voltage of a battery to outside when abnormality occurs in closing and fixing of a circuit breaker.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle interruption device has a circuit breaker whose method is different from a pyro-fuse that is installed in the other line of a positive electrode side line and a negative electrode side line and capable of switching disconnection of the other line and release of disconnection by a control signal. In one line, only a pyro-fuse is installed as a device for shutting off the one line. A control device controls the pyro-fuse so that the one line is shut off when abnormality occurs in closing and fixing in the circuit breaker.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】遮断機の閉固着の異常が発生したときに、外部へのバッテリの電圧の印加を抑制する。【解決手段】正極側ラインと負極側ラインとのうちの他方のラインに設けられ、制御信号で他方のラインの遮断および遮断の解除を切り替えることが可能なパイロヒューズとは異なる方式の遮断機を備え、一方のラインには、一方のラインを遮断する装置としてパイロヒューズのみが設けられ、制御装置は、遮断機に閉固着の異常が発生している異常時には、一方のラインが切断されるようにパイロヒューズを制御する。【選択図】図2
