To provide a vehicle drive power control device that can prevent an occupant from having motion sickness while reducing deterioration of traveling performance by appropriately controlling drive power.SOLUTION: In a vehicle drive power control device configured to control at least one of drive power and braking power of a vehicle based on the acceleration of the head of an occupant by using an evaluation index value that indicates the rate of progression of motion sickness of the occupant, a controller is provided for controlling at least one of the drive power and the braking power. The controller compares an individual difference index value that indicates how the occupant easily gets motion sickness with the evaluation index value (step S3) and reduces an upper limit value of a rate of change of at least one of the drive power and the braking power of the vehicle when the evaluation index value is larger than the individual difference (step S5, step S6).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】駆動力を適切に制御することによって、走行性能の低下を抑制しつつ、乗員が乗り物酔いすることを抑制することができる車両の駆動力制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】乗員の頭部の加速度に基づいて乗員の乗り物酔いの進行の度合いを指標化した評価指標値を用いて車両の駆動力と制動力との少なくともいずれか一方を制御する車両の駆動力制御装置において、駆動力と制動力との少なくともいずれか一方を制御するコントローラを備え、コントローラは、乗員の乗り物酔いのしやすさを指標化した個体差指標値と、評価指標値とを比較し(ステップS3)、評価指標値が個体差指標値よりも大きい場合に、車両の駆動力と制動力との少なくともいずれか一方の変化率の上限値を低下させる(ステップS5、ステップS6)。【選択図】図3
