To create an effective, recommended inspection plan regarding road facilities.SOLUTION: A facility inspection plan creation system includes: a facility fault period learning part for generating a facility fault period prediction model with fault period data of facilities provided in a road and facility fault period relational data as predetermined history data regarding a road in relation to a fault period of facilities as teacher data, with input as facility fault period relational data, and with output as a facility fault period by machine learning; a facility fault period prediction part for predicting a fault period of facilities and outputting a fault period prediction result by using the facility fault period prediction model with real-time facility fault period relational data as input data; a facility fault risk calculation part for calculating a facility fault risk as a fault risk of facilities on the basis of the fault period prediction result and a past facility inspection history; and an inspection plan creation part for creating a recommended inspection plan as a plan including a recommended period of inspection regarding facilities on the basis of the facility fault risk.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
