To provide a battery fixing structure which enables restraint of a battery at the outer side in a vehicle width direction to be released without releasing restraint of a battery at the inner side in the vehicle width direction and can inhibit increase of a clearance between the two batteries even if a height difference exists between the two batteries.SOLUTION: In a battery fixing structure of a vehicle, first restraint means 11 restrains a first battery 3 on a battery carrier and second restraint means restrains a second battery 4 on the battery carrier. In a battery placed state, a second upper surface specific region 26 of the second battery 4 is disposed at a level higher than a first upper surface specific region 25 of the first battery 3. In a first battery fixed state, a lower surface of a first rod connection part 29 is disposed at a level higher than a lower surface of a first bracket base part 23. A height difference D between the lower surface of the first rod connection part 29 and a lower surface of the first bracket base part 23 is larger than or equal to a height difference between the first upper surface specific region 25 and the second upper surface specific region 26 in the battery placed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
