To enable a vehicle to turn even when a portion of a plurality of actuators cannot be activated normally.SOLUTION: A move control device 130 comprises: a demand value acquisition section M11 which acquires a momentum demand value MR; a limit value setting section M17 which sets a plurality of momentum limit values ML3, ML6 and ML7; a first command section M19 which sends a first momentum command value on the basis of the momentum demand value MR and the first momentum limit value ML3 to a front wheel steering control section 35; a second command section M21 which sends a second momentum command value on the basis of a first residual demand value MR1 and the second momentum limit value ML6 to a rear wheel steering control section 65; and a third command section M23 which sends a command corresponding to a third momentum command value on the basis of a second residual demand value MR2 and the third momentum limit value ML7 to a drive control section 75 and a brake control section 85.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
