To efficiently warm up, in a vehicle equipped with a plurality of battery packs connected in parallel to a load, a low-temperature battery pack supplying power after a power supply start.SOLUTION: A temperature determination unit 15 determines whether a temperature of a battery pack 2 is equal to or higher than a predetermined minimum threshold temperature or not. A battery disconnection/connection control unit 16 controls a battery disconnection/connection unit 3 so as to connect battery packs 2, the number of which is a first predetermined number, to a load 4 when it is determined by a temperature determination unit 15 that temperatures of all of a plurality of battery packs 2 are equal to or higher than the minimum threshold temperature at the time of starting power supply from a battery module 1 to the load 4; and controls the battery disconnect unit 3 so as to connect battery packs 2, the number of which is a second predetermined number smaller than the first predetermined number, to the load 4 when it is determined by the temperature determination unit 15 that the temperatures of all of the plurality of battery packs 2 are smaller than the minimum threshold temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】負荷に対して並列に接続される複数のバッテリパックを備えた車両において、電力供給開始後に、電力を供給している低温のバッテリパックを効率良く昇温させる。【解決手段】温度判定部15は、バッテリパック2の温度が所定の最低閾値温度以上であるか否かを判定する。バッテリ断接制御部16は、バッテリモジュール1から負荷4への電力供給開始時において、複数のバッテリパック2の全ての温度が最低閾値温度以上であると温度判定部15が判定した場合は、第1所定数のバッテリパック2を負荷4に接続するようにバッテリ断接部3を制御し、複数のバッテリパック2の全ての温度が最低閾値温度未満であると温度判定部15が判定した場合は、第1所定数よりも少ない第2所定数のバッテリパック2を負荷4に接続するようにバッテリ断接部3を制御する。【選択図】図2
