To provide a hub for human power driving vehicles including a braking force adjustment mechanism making it possible to diminish the number of components.SOLUTION: A hub for human power driving vehicles includes a hub shell including a hub shaft, a first flange rotatively attached to the hub shaft, and a second flange separated from the first flange in an axial direction of the hub shaft, a first arrangement surface included in the hub shaft or hub shell and provided with a magnet or a magnet attachment part, a braking force adjustment mechanism at least part of which is included in the hub shell so that the braking force adjustment mechanism can adjust a braking force exerted by a braking device, a first area including the first flange and first arrangement surface, and a second area including the second flange and braking force adjustment mechanism.
